The film roll mounted on backside of machine, after unwindingmechanism film passes through series of free roller. Film will be folded infolding collar box to get shape of pouch, center sealing will be by verticalimpulse strip sealer. Pepsi made automaticallyPulling and pouch length of the machine depends on rubber roller pullingassembly driven by eccentric cam which is adjustable. Pepsi length willbe decided here. Then desired quantity of liquid is filled in ready formedtube, controlled by gravity fill electromagnetic valve and timer.
